6 sessions journey

Before our first meeting, I will invite you to fill out an intake form which consists of multiple questions about your overall health history, as well as your current physical and mental state. I will kindly ask you to and send the filled form back to me 72 hours before our scheduled meeting. This will give me enough time to review it. In addition to that, I will ask you to send me a couple of pictures of your physical structure.

During our first session we will discuss more in detail the topics covered in the intake form. I will also ask you some additional questions in order to complete the information needed to evaluate your current state and create a proposition of a journey plan for you.

Preparation and the 1st session

Ayurveda is a system of natural healing that sees a person holistically, lovingly taking in consideration their Body, Mind, and Spirit. It is not just about dealing with the symptoms, but looking deeper into what may be the causes of an imbalance and addressing them. As an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, I need to get to know you really well in order to understand your situation and help you to the best of my abilities. That is why the intake form and the first session are focused on collecting what may seem like a whole lot of data points about your life. Rest assured that all the information will be held in the deepest confidence.

The 2nd session

During the second meeting, I will present you my Ayurvedic findings based on the intake form and our first session. I will outline our journey plan goals, which we will adjust together. Then, I will recommend you some action steps, which you can easily incorporate to begin addressing your chief complaints.

Follow-up sessions

We will have four other follow-up sessions during which I will check-in on how your journey is unfolding, as well as provide you with additional recommendations and support you as needed. You can choose to meet with me every week or every two weeks, depending on your personal preference.

Ayurvedic practices are simple, yet they need a little bit of time to yield considerable results. What it means for you, is that you will need to commit to them and practice them from the place of love and kindness towards yourself.
I am here to support you on that path.
